Each ballot pic should be numbered and unique. The number per zip-code should match the number per poll location. Also would capture the address to which ballots were sent as well as miss- match names for those same address . It would also be a red flag if those systems were turned off during the election. Im sure we have at least a few patriots in the USPS..
