These people aren't Americans at all. That's essentially what he's saying. The idea of "specialists" and authorities, especially a whole bureaucratic "specialist" class in government, started with Woodrow Wilson at the turn of the 19th century. Practically creating the same effect as the "nobility" of the Old World.

It's all so easily solved by bashing his head in on live TVโ€ฆ creating a horrifying spectacle with his brains oozing out of his head. It's all easily doable. Tens of thousands of years of men knew this. But we don't. We keep playing "civilized" games. I sure as hell hope it works, but it seems like a waste of time to me. You can get from A to B much faster.
