I should add to this that the video posted after election night of the independent investigator (the one which showed the real-time vote switch on CNN)…the gentlemen there identified European countries as the location of the servers where the data was stored and may have even specifically mentioned Spain and/or Germany. Have to go back and look.
So this would jive w/ what he was saying.
