The phrase "there is enough evidence to overturn this election" falsely presumes that the election has already been called for Biden.
The General Services Administration is the legal entity that was established by Congress in 1963 to be the official source to call the election, and they have not called the election.
There is no election outcome to "overturn" at this point.
