seems to me scorecard would keep track of data and hammr would then exe to manipulate/correct data

They say knowledges power and I agree to a certain extent.
God says only He knows the heart and He said that for a specific reason. In other words information w/o understanding can be meaningless.
Regardless, I agree they want full control and freedom does not fit their plan.
