That is the art of planefagging spotting the unusual posing as something normal or vice versa.
Mostly they are seen around the Hurlbert area of Florida.
Like most intel & SOC planes they like to be coy if they are 'working'.
I often wonder what those planes hoover up during transit/training flights and what happens to that 'incidentally' captured intel.
