Since Tuesday November 10th, the vote count for Biden's "Election Day" total has increased by 975 votes in Fulton County.

This is data from the GA SOS website. My question is: how are the "Election Day" totals changing day after day? This is NOT 'mail in'. This is "in person on election day" and yet the totals continue to increase. This is before the hand recount!
