I think Q is a team or group, not a 'he'. Some of what we think we know is that a lot of the people involved in politics and important positions in our society have been recorded doing heinous things to other human beings.
The kind of things that people would kill themselves over rather than be revealed.
Something else is the possibility of foreign involvement which would have very serious implications for some people who have committed treason or sedition. Death by hanging is a possibility for them.
