Regarding the Frankfurt bust by the US Army - this was first reported on half chan last Sunday.

If you've watched the presentation on Electronic Voter Changing with L Todd Wood then you'll know that Scytl is mentioned as a company based in Barcelona, with backend servers hosted in Frankfurt.

I've attached a screencap of the relevant point in the documentary. Note the server names. They're AWS. That's Amazon Cloud. These are Virtual Servers, not physical tin.
