An Armenian attacks and kills some Canadians on the same day that POTUS frees Armenians and they succeed in overthrowing their leader. Is this a message from the cabal who are pissed that they have lost control of Armenia?
And if so, why did they target Canada. Did Canadian Forces have something to do with the liberation on the ground in Armenia? Or was Canadian Security Establishment (intelligence) directly involved in it?
Or is it possible that Justin is actually a deep cover agent for Trump's revolution and he has somehow been outed by the Armenia affair?
Q is referring to the Presidential Administration. The President has responsibility for National Security. Q works for the President, therefore Q deals with keeping people safe. Yes, you elected POTUS to keep Americans safe. Now you have to trust POTUS to do that job.
No demands. No new tasks. If you want something new, something changed, then you need to get legislators to support that and pass new laws. Don't bother POTUS team or Q with stuff that is not in their department.
You already have the power to effect change.
You just forgot how to use it.

The elected reps work for you. Talk to them.
They are your elected reps and if you do not tell them what you need
