> This PDF is mainly in Russian
No probs. I'll translate parts I find interesting. Keep the pdf open for context.
But first some alphabet agencies parallel to US ones.
FBI - ICR/SCR/SK (translation differences)
DHS - FSB
SS - FSO

Rykov talking:
-
How he created the "Trumpliers" or "Friends of Trump" and several artists, experts, and political analysts joined it.
-
He has always liked the Republicans except Senator McCain.
-
The Triptych painting he references is attached.
> who thereby expressed the "concept of new global peace [or "world"]"
Peace and world are literally the same word in Russian. Impossible to discern from context here.

Everything translated in the pdf.

It talks about the ICR.
-
Was created by Alexander Bastrykin
-
Bastrykin damaged relations between his ICR and FSB & federal AG office.
-
Summer 2016 three high-ranking ICR employees were arrested for corruption and ties to organized crime groups led by Zakhariy Kalashov (Young Shakro).
-
Bastrykin is still the head of ICR: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Bastrykin

An article from (now defunct) crimerussia.ru which talks about how a Bloomberg article about Alexander Torshin (probably this one https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-08-09/mobster-or-central-banker-spanish-cops-allege-this-russian-both ) is Fake News.

> Yashin preparing report on criminals in United Russia
And how The Party is basically a social elevator for criminals. He states that they'll try to release it during the election campaign to try to damage its ratings.
My local perspective: United Russia is 100% corrupt but I don't think it's the NWO because: https://www.reuters.com/article/russia-soros-idUSL1N13P22Y20151130
And also its domestic policies are highly nationalistic and anti-LGBT. And pro-crime...

Mostly about how most of the Russian billionaires are friends with Young Shakro. Young Shakro was on the international wanted list thanks to Georgia (the European country, not the US state). There's a curious story:
In December 2015, representatives of the hostess Zhanna Kim and designer Fatima Misikova met at the Elements restaurant in the center of Moscow to settle financial differences. The hostess invited the former organized crime fighter Eduard Budantsev, and Fatima Misikova took along some people who introduced themselves as "from Shakro." Tenseconversation ended with a gunfight, as a result of which two "representatives of Shakro" were killed.Budantsev was taken into custody. But over a few months, the situation turned upside down: Budantsev's "murder" charges were replaced with "Excess self-defense", and Shakro's people and himself are now accused of extortion.
Shakro's "personal file" follows.
Son of a Georgian code-bound criminal. Has three convictions in Russia. Moved to Spain in 2003 but was arrested in 2005 during a government crackdown. Charged with laundering of criminal funds for 9 years and €20M fine. Returns to Russia in 2014, arrested in Russia in his Moscow mansion in 2016. In 2014 he was supposed to be deported to Georgia (which put him on the International Wanted list) but Georgia didn't send the extradition request to Spain. Curiously, at that time Georgia's AG was Shakro's attorney Archil Kbilashvili.

ICR officer Nikandrov arrested for taking $1M from Young Shakro to fix a problem for him.

> "You've got enemies. We've got concrete." Concrete company ad in Russia.
Second attached image is the cement ad it's talking about. Nothing important in the "mildly amusing" part as far as I can tell. It's practically untranslatable anyway. Puns on puns.
Shakro is not mentioned anymore until page 66 so I'll take a break here. Should I continue?
