I am pretty sure MN was not blue. 76% of Ramsey county went for Biden, yet there where fewer Biden signs in Ramsey than there were Trump signs all over out state. Ramsey has always been deep blue, but there was NO enthusiasm for Biden. Hard to see how they got so many to hold their nose and vote for Biden just because they hate Trump.
