They have to file their cases before they are perfected. Just because a case is "dismissed" does not mean the case is over.
If a case is dismissed without prejudice, it can be brought again. They have to hit the filing date. OTOH, if it is dismissed with prejudice, the case is over.
How many cases filed in the recent days were dismissed with prejudice?
