Has anyone been able to pin down what that claimed "Prometheus chain of command" comes from?
I have been browsing search results to no real avail, nor did I ever run across such a thing while I was in the service.
I'm aware not everything is part of a search engine indexed database - just that I would expect to find such a defined chain of command structure/contingency as part of public record.
A creator is only as great as his creation. A creator who expects his creations to glorify him is, in all likelihood, not their creator, but a usurper.
It would be like raising a child to be your retirement plan, or something, never allowing them to grow and mature.
Did you ever stop to consider why it is you are here?

Would it be any more or less complete whether or not you had remained nothing?
Why, then, does it require your submission?
Perhaps your desire to worship is true and even righteous - but what does it mean to worship and glorify a god of creation?

I was attempting to verify the claims because … It sounded fun - and aside from an AI artillery spotting system, nothing was coming up (basically networking satellites and on-ground cameras/computers/drones into a forward observer system to automate updates to computer fire control… Which sounds like something I'd do - but wasn't what I was looking for).

As others have said, careful with screencaps.
I doubt that would land you in too hot of water but with how crazy prosecutors can get it's more headache than you want to deal with. Don't just delete it, use a program to zero the hard drive sectors its stored on.
Normal delete just deletes the index listing the file in the OS. The actual file still exists on the drive until the OS completely rewrites the space.
Although not sure if SSDs follow this same convention.

Technically, as I understand the law, copying it and/or storing it is considered illegal, at least in the U.S. It's not exactly clear though as the laws were primarily written back in the day of film. In digital form, you kind of have to make a copy of it to evidence.
If I was going for the evidence route, and you plan to make a habit of screenshotting evidence, I would at least try to make sure all of that goes straight to a removable drive and doesn't touch your hard drive.
I believe there are many good people in our law enforcement agencies - but as has been said, the swamp runs deep and I've seen enough to keep the law at an arm's length… Preferably several paces so I have enough time to draw and fire if they charge me for existing.
