Please don't use that faq article, as it does not contain extended dates that pretain to this 2020 election. See my previous reply to you for the .gov linking to PDF file, but basically, The Safe Harbor date is extended to Jan 1, 2021 and the Electoral Voting occurs on Jan 2, 2021. Thank you anon!

The January dates are only Proposals and as of now, the Safe Harbor and Electoral voting dates are the original Dec 2020 dates. Sorry for the confusion.
