In the past, the necessary education for self-realization was a hard and arduous process and only rare gifted souls arrived at that stage. In this age, the means to impart necessary knowledge is at everyone's fingertips. So all it takes is the will of the soul to make that inner transformation. The results of the damaging Matrix are also more apparent now when compared with previous ages. So the motivation for change is stronger.

Like I said, the information is all there. The individual soul still needs to make that effort for transformation. Who is to say a willing soul cannot look at a scriptural meme and instantly change? God doesnt care if you take 1000 years or 1 second. He is waiting for that change.
