Understand that when this goes to the Supreme Court, many talking heads in the MSM and Dems will call for recusal of certain Supreme Court justices. This cannot happen since it invalidates any of the justices oath they’ve sworn to be impartial. This is a constitutional matter and that is what they are there for.
