This photo has generated some dissagreement about authenticity. I can only speak for myself, it is true. This was the first file I pulled off the WikiLeaks dump (random pull back in 2017) I just clicked on one file and whala… spooky read then. Went to WikiLeaks again to find, it is gone, or at least I cannot find it.

Now, consider this, Lt Gen McInerney, in several videos (the one I had was censored) mentioned that on election night, 2016, a 'off-the-books' OP (my words) was conducted againced 'Score Card/HAMR'. He would not elaborate. Montgomery, the writer of HAMR, alluded to this in tapes as well. 'Off-The-Books' = White Hat = MIL Patriots… akin to Adm Rogers visit to Trump Tower? (my thought/my words). Perhaps this is why this pic/file was pulled from WikiLeaks?

Dominion, Scytl, Smartmatic, etc. are hardware systems that 'perhaps' allow HAMR/Scorecard to run, or are inserted with this software. I am not a techfag.
