Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election

 

Executive Order on Establishing the Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector

Sec 3 B (Committee Members):

(i) the Secretary of Defense; (Esper out)

(ii) the Attorney General;

(iii) the Secretary of Homeland Security; and

(iv) the head of any other executive department or agency, or any Assistant to the President, as the President determines appropriate. (Potus can add Patriots to gain a Majprity vote?)

 

Sec. 6. Committee License Review Process. (a) The Committee may review existing licenses to identify any additional or new risks to national security or law enforcement interests of the United States.

(b) The Committee shall determine whether to review an existing license by majority vote of the Committee Members.

 

Sec. 7. Threat Analysis by the Director of National Intelligence. (a) For each license or application reviewed by the Committee, the Director of National Intelligence shall produce a written assessment of any threat to national security interests of the United States posed by granting the application or maintaining the license.

 

Sec. 9.

(b) With respect to a license reviewed pursuant to section 6 of this order, the Committee may, when appropriate:

(i) recommend that the FCC modify the license to include a condition of compliance with mitigation measures negotiated by the Committee;

(ii) recommend that the FCC revoke the license due to the risk to national security or law enforcement interests of the United States;

seems overly broad.

entire endevour could be vast re. candidacy, but also likely contained to a single corrupt location.

i would not think this precedent will decide anything this election unless it has been cited in many decisions since 1878.

alot like fruit of the poisonous tree, good in theory but contained in the courts from being too broad.
