Hell, I'm an accelerationist who's yearned to water the tree of liberty the last five years of my life. I hate the media and have considered their acts of deliberate disinformation as hostile acts perpetrated against the American people–they engage in acts of literal psychological war. I would love it.
But that's not the point. Q has iterated in many ways that violence is not the solution to this problem and would make things worse–and I can clearly see how they'd be made a lot worse if you manage to give the media ammunition against you by attacking them. They'd be broadcasting endlessly that you're a terror group.
