Brad Parscale is spot on by the way. The 1996 comedy movie Black Sheep was about Al Donnelly running for Governor of Washington and challenging incumbent Evelyn Tracy. Tracy ended up winning the election but later on it was discovered total vote count was more than the amount of registered voters. So people from Donnelly's campaign went to Garfield County Courthouse and obtained the names of the voters in the election. It was discovered half of the people who voted for Tracy had been dead for over ten years, thus proving Tracy had rigged the election. After this fraud was discovered Al Donnelly was declared the winner.
Sounds awfully familiar now doesn't it? Except winning part is later in the future.
