The Blue shithole cities are Communist controlled areas. It is axiomatic that control would have to include the police. Communism == Police State, right?
The police is a Blue shithole might not like the Communists but they WILL obey orders, regardless of their Oath. If they weren't assured to be loyal they would have been purged long ago.
