We are seeing several signs that the Trump legal team is aware of how the election was stolen for Joe Biden.

President Trump retweeted a Glen Beck video where an expert on the Dominion voting machines talked about the ability for these machines to be able to change a vote after it was entered into the machine:

They can essentially ingest and then record something differently than what was originally read…It should have never been in there in the first place.”

It’s also reported that former Dominion programmers are talking to the Trump team about what they know about the machines as well as the entire code base has been turned over – oh and since the President gets all the top secret information, the President knows what’s going on too:

Mike Pence to Audience Chanting ‘Four More Years!’: ‘That’s the Plan'

Vice President Mike Pence hinted during a recent speech in McLean, Virginia, that he and President Trump are planning on another four years in the White House.

“Four more years! Four more years! Four more years!” the audience chanted at the Council for National Policy (CNP) meeting, to which the vice president replied, “That’s the plan.”

Pence also assured listeners he and President Trump will “keep fighting until every legal vote is counted, until every illegal vote is thrown out,” further stating, “We will never stop fighting to make America great again.”

Trump voters are gathering in Washington, DC, this weekend to show support for the president’s efforts to ensure election integrity.

“Some of the events associated with Saturday’s rallies have been advertised as the Million MAGA March, March for Trump, and Stop the Steal,” according to Breitbart News.

In a memo this week, Attorney General William Barr authorized the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate voting irregularities in the recent presidential election.

“Now that the voting has concluded, it is imperative that the American people can trust that our elections were conducted in such a way that the outcomes accurately reflect the will of the voters,” the document read.

During his speech, Pence said Americans “need to do everything in our power to be a check on what Democrats and the American left want to undo and do in America”:

I mean, our agenda is American greatness. Their agenda is American decline. Where we’re opening up, they’ll be locking down America again — and not just through lockdowns in the midst of a pandemic, but they’ll be doing lockdowns with higher taxes, more regulations, and suffocating weight of government bureaucracy.

“I mean, their agenda, you all know it: higher taxes, open borders, socialized medicine, a Green New Deal, abortion on demand, defunding the police, packing the courts. That’s why we’re not going to let it happen,” he concluded

Congressional Democrats had raised security concerns about Dominion, other voting machine companies

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, three other Hill Democrats said in series of letters to investment firms that voting machine companies "have long skimped on security in favor of convenience."

Democratic leaders of Congress warned last year in a series of letters that election technology companies such as Dominion Voting Systems were "prone to security problems," a result of them having purportedly "long skimped on security in favor of convenience."

The allegations were detailed in a series of letters sent in December 2019 by Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden and Amy Klobuchar, along with Democratic Rep. Mark Pocan.

The letters were addressed to several capital investment groups that had purchased shares in numerous election software companies.

Among those companies was Dominion Voting Systems, stakes in which had been acquired by Staple Street Capital Group, in New York City.

Dominion has been plagued by reports of glitchy software in at least several voting jurisdictions throughout the country since Election Day 2020.

Dominion has "categorically" denied reports of fraudulent software on its systems, stating that there has been no evidence that its voting systems were "in any way compromised."

Last year, however, the Democratic leaders were less certain of that security.

"We have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy," the politicians wrote, "including the election technology industry – an integral part of our nation's democratic process."

"We are particularly concerned," they continued, quoting several news reports, "that secretive and 'trouble-plagued companies,' owned by private equity firms and responsible for manufacturing and maintaining voting machines and other election administration equipment, 'have long skimped on security in favor of convenience,' leaving voting systems across the country 'prone to security problems.' "

The letter referred to Dominion as "one of three election technology vendors responsible for developing, manufacturing and maintaining the vast majority of voting machines and software in the United States."

The lawmakers named the other two companies as Election Systems & Software and Hart InterCivic.

"Concentration in the election technology market," the letter continues, "and the fact that vendors are often 'more seasoned in voting machine and technical services contract negotiations' than local election officials, give these companies incredible power in their negotiations with local and state governments."

Heads roll as Trump launches post-election purge

President Trump is stepping up his war on the federal government after losing the 2020 election, sending heads rolling across key agencies with a late push to get personnel and policies in place before he leaves the White House.

The president’s dismissal of Defense Secretary Mark Esper and other top Pentagon officials put Washington on notice and potentially paved the way for the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the nation’s longest-running war in Afghanistan.

Rumors are swirling around whether CIA Director Gina Haspel might be next, as the president’s allies accuse her of obstructing efforts to declassify top-secret materials they say would expose wrongdoing in the Russia investigation.

A shake-up is underway at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cyber division, where top officials have disputed Trump’s baseless claims that Democrats fraudulently stole the election from him.

The president has installed loyalists at agencies responsible for overseeing the government’s environmental and energy regulations, and there is speculation that he could clean house at the FBI or Health and Human Services.

Trump has long been frustrated by what he views as entrenched government bureaucrats working behind the scenes to block his agenda.

With President-elect Joe Biden set to be sworn in on Jan. 20, Trump’s allies say the president has nothing to lose and is on the warpath against the government officials he thinks are standing in the way of the final policies he hopes to achieve.

“The deep state is on the run,” said Bryan Lanza, an adviser to Trump’s 2016 presidential transition team. “This is about closing out the things he was told he shouldn’t touch. For three years and nine months Trump was responding to the deep state. Now Trump is unleashed, and the deep state is responding to him.”

Current and former Washington officials are watching with alarm, worried about what they view as Trump’s erratic behavior and the potential for unforeseen developments that could have national security consequences at a time of deep unrest and confusion.

Trump’s refusal to concede to Biden is adding to the sense of unease. Biden has not received government intelligence briefings, as is customary. Millions of Americans believe the election was stolen from Trump.

“Causing chaos may be Trump’s highest priority,” said Dov Zakheim, an undersecretary of Defense in former President George W. Bush’s administration. “He doesn’t want anyone in position to help Biden’s transition. You need government holdovers who can assist the new people coming in. He’s causing disruption and making that transition very difficult.”

Trump’s purge at the Pentagon might be the most consequential move he makes in the lame-duck period, both for his legacy and for the U.S. presence in the Middle East.

GOP Megadonor Charles Koch Says He Regrets Fueling Partisanship With His Fortune

Charles Koch, who helped fund a conservative revolution in American politics, told the Wall Street Journal that he regrets the fact that his donations fueled a partisan divide in America that is destroying the country.

The billionaire chairman of Koch Industries along with his brother David, who passed away last year, funneled billions of dollars into conservative political campaigns by creating a network of like-minded donors who created the modern Republican Party and changed the face of politics in the country. Koch funded think tanks, advocacy groups, and issue campaigns that drove the conservative agenda forward.

But he now realizes that his efforts contributed to the hyper-partisan nature of politics today.

His new book, Believe in People: Bottom-Up Solutions for a Top-Down World will be published next week.

“Boy, did we screw up!” Koch writes in his book.

Koch, who heads Koch Industries and is one of the 25 richest people in the world, according to Forbes, told the paper he is attempting to work with Democrats, saying he feels there is common ground on issues like criminal justice reform and immigration.

Regardless, his spending habits didn’t appear to change much this year. The Wall Street Journal, citing Center for Responsive Politics data, said Koch’s PAC donated $2.8 million to Republican candidates compared to $221,000 for Democrats during the 2020 election cycle.

Koch’s non-partisanship only goes so far. He is not a socialist and has feared a socialist takeover of the Democratic Party.

But he recognizes that there is common ground to be found with some Democrats and some Republicans. “I hope we all use this post-election period to find a better way forward,” Koch said to the newspaper in an email. “Because of partisanship, we’ve come to expect too much of politics and too little of ourselves and one another.”

Naturally, the left has chosen to kick Koch now that he’s on his knees begging forgiveness.

Journalist Jane Mayer, who had written extensively about the Kochs, tweeted: “Oops says Billionaire Political Donor Charles Koch in new book. He now regrets corrupting American democracy, along with the planet.”

“Corrupting American democracy”? Koch gave conservatives a voice when liberals had long silenced them. And let’s not pretend that George Soros hasn’t been doing his own corrupting for as long as the Kochs.

For 80 years the Supreme Court has ruled that money is political speech. Lots of money is probably “corrupting,” but how do you place limits on free speech in America? The left has been trying to do that ever since the rise of the Koch brothers leveled the playing field in the arena of ideas. Since leftists brook no opposition, any opposing voices must be silent or muted.

Koch is 85 years old and will continue to be a presence on the right. But his focus will be on a more libertarian approach to politics and government. He won’t be a healer as much as an uniter.

And we could use one of those right now.

Democrat West Coast Governors Impose COVID Travel 'Advisory' on Free Americans

Governors of California, Washington, and Oregon issued a “travel advisory” over the entire West Coast on Friday because of coronavirus case increases, even though the rate of the disease is lower per-hundred-thousand than in many other states. In California, cases aren’t even close to the heights they were in July. The “advisory” was timed to upset Thanksgiving and Christmas plans where, oddly, families spend time with each other.

Naturally, the phalanx of Democrats, in and out of the media, called governors Gavin Newsom, Washington’s Jay Inslee, and Kate Brown of Oregon racist and xenophobic for trying to stop people of color from roaming freely between states without a 14-day quarantine. No wait, that was what they called President Trump when he halted travel from China because that’s where the Wuhan coronavirus originated.

(For the record, “fact-checkers,” that’s called satire. You can quote me on that.)

The West Coast governors cartel cited increasing COVID cases as the reason why they don’t want you to visit your adult children or brother’s house in Encino, Mist, or Bothell.

PJMedia’s Jeff Reynolds writes that Oregon’s governor, based on questionable coronavirus data, plans to use state and local cops to break up at-home gatherings with more than six people. Antifa and BLM riots get a pass.

In Washington, Governor Jay Inslee said that “cases” had doubled in the past two weeks. To be sure, the graph in my tweet below shows this to be the case. But look at where his two-week period starts – at a very low number. Also note the precipitous drop in cases toward the end of the graph. This could be charitably called cherry-picking.
