Anons, I listened carefully to the re-play of Sidney Powell's "I'm going to release the Kraken" interview with Lou Dobbs and TWO points of emphasis stood out:
1) Powell, looking very much like the cat who just ate ALL the canaries, stated that "the Dominion voting machines were originally created to sway the votes in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez". Rumors also floated around the internet that the US Army had seized Dominion servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The parent company of Dominion voting systems, Scytl, is based out of Barcelona, Spain. And they are denying everything as the cover-up continues.The point being is that Sidney Powell had successfully laid the foundation that "persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States" had likely interfered in the November 3rd election.

2) The second point which I had completely missed listening to her interview yesterday, is that she/they have already begun gathering financial information pertaining to financial relationships between Dominion, and other electronic voting companies, and the swing state political leaderships, in particular, the Secretaries of State and the Governors.
After digesting all of the above and carefully noting the interesting moves made by POTUS and his Patriots, e.g., the raid of the bankrupt Scytl in Germany and the extraordinary change in leadership at the Pentagon, Bill Barr's directive to his AAGs to follow any claims of election fraud across the Country, and, importantly, the sense of inactivity and general unconcern at the White House, I can only conclude that POTUS, his DNI, AG and others within his innermost circle have invoked:
"Executive Order No. 13848 titled “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” The order requires a post-election audit by the intelligence community, under the direction of the ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence) and mechanisms to place sanctions—such as confiscation of property—on those who take actions to interfere in U.S. elections."

Interestingly, while EO 13848 certainly deals on the penalties and sanctions to be imposed on the foreign component, nothing in the order addresses the underlying U.S. election which is the subject of the finding of interference. One could only imagine that such an election could be possibly be deemed null and void if the interference was found to be extensive. OTOH, the election might be amenable to being purged of the effects of the interference. In any event, it seems that the normal post-election timeline would have to be tolled or suspended pending the outcome of the interference investigation.
Regardless of my conjecture, the Country will be likely formally advised of what in the heck is going on fairly soon.
