>>11648334 Patrick Howley: Cashless society, "digital wallet." The era of owning things is approaching the end. (pb notable)
What do you people think Credit is?
You realize there's more digital numbers that represent dollars than there are papers in circulation, correct?
Your money is already digital and it has been for decades.
Debt is not money. You already own nothing.
You have to pay a fee to own a house. You have to pay a fee to drive your car. Phone carriers will not let you just buy a phone anymore (with varying exceptions). You have to pay a fee if you want to enter the "academic" world. You have to pay a fee to "see if you're healthy". You have to pay a fee to own a gun.
I could keep going.
None of these things are free. Even if you have no mortgage, have no car or phone payments, or anything else, you basically always have to pay a fee to even use the damn thing.
Do none of you see this? Seriously? The Orwellian 1984 world is already here. We already have no privacy. We already have digital money. We already have little freedom. We already have a social credit system (even if it isn't as advanced as China's).
None of you seem to know if your eyes or your mouths are speaking.
Now, with a new frame of reference, how do you think /ourguys/ could reroute the Great Reset to benefit the citizenry?
What do you guys think they'd need to accomplish for it to be fruitful and lasting?
