kek, One of the first things that came to my mind was that those pillars looks like drills drilling up from hell.
In that movie the drilling was the other way around. The machines drilled from the surface down.
I think DNA strands. One for each letter? In Biology 101 the genetic code consists of four letters: A, T, C, and G. I have not really looked into how they have translated the DNA, but the information I have is that they use four letters.
