CISA Dir, Chris Krebs, is a liar. He showed an AP print screen saying there were no Scytl servers in Frankfurt. Well there is, and it's on their site

There is absolutely no reason why we should be using anything that is connected to the internet when tabulating votes. The only reason why it would be is to alter an outcome. Counting ballots by closed tabulation machines or by hand has been done for years before the internet existed. We can do it again.
