If we are watching a movie, they must be reading a script. So the real question is, are they doing it by force or have they been replaced with actors?
Because globalists with no loyalty to America infiltrated most government departments at the highest levels and it's taken years to clean house - "drain the swamp". Most of these people happen to be of a very militaristic ideology while serving Luciferian bosses. It's a bad recipe.
