one use of The I Ching (a more sane use than divination) is to use it to say 'here is where we are, what do we do to get to someplace where we want to be'.
in the case of this chap, Coomer, he selects what he thinks is 'the Army' as his Hexagram, making himself static which is rather short sighted. But he chose one that also means 'groundwater' and possibly 'swamp'.
so say we wanted a quick fix, dark to light, to get some place wonderful? one quick change, (it is, by the way, called 'the book of Changes' and we can get to the rather marvelous place of 'The Receptive'
It would be the second place (from the bottom) that would get the change and it would bring this as it's text for the change:
"The leader should be in the midst of his army, in touch with it, sharing good and bad with the masses he leads. This alone makes him equal to the heavy demands made upon him. He needs also the recognition of the ruler. The decorations he receives are justified, because there is no question of personal preferment here: the whole army, whose center he is, is honored in his person. " (op cite, same as the other quote. it's from Wilhelm as translated by Baynes.)
Sounds like Someone we know. Someone who really won the election..
