I went and did some digging by looking at the Canadian news sites. There's a lot there (and a lot I don't understand for lack of context), but the attached image jumped out at me: …
… it's a grab of page A1 above the fold, for what I guess is the (or one of the) leading newspapers in Toronto – i.w.,, the top story.
As near as I can tell, "Order of Canada" is like a knighthood or something in the UK, so whoever this guy is, here's somewhere at the top of the social and political heap in Canada.
A guess: having a "very important Canadian", with ties to everyone at the top of the Canadian social heap, probably, charged with raping kids and human trafficking, or whatever like that, at the top of the news, isn't something that the Canadian branch of the Cabal wanted to be in the news on the morning of April 24th.
… and of course, now it won't be, thanks to the van killing the 10 pedestrians, or whatever the number is.
Just a guess, though.
