I think U1 will be a significant part of the CF Boom.
We have limited understanding of higher dimensions and time. Anything along those lines by definition sounds impossible to us. Other ways of expressing this type of reality/mindfuck:
Some elite humans have genetic strains that are significantly different.
Some humans have access to modes/dimensions of thought/perception that are unknown to us.
Some humans have access to technology that can produce very accurate predictions based on simulation engines, giving them powers that are effectively time traveler, or at least could only be thought of by us as time travel.
Some humans have access to spiritual beings who transcend our idea of reality.
Etc.
All very possible, all would be shocking to most people.
