I didn't read the article you linked but personally I feel my Civil Rights have been violated.

When I registered through, or at CA DMV, I seem to remember them asking for my identification… I assume it was to prove I was over 18.

In the 2020 Election I think ballots were accepted and counted without any age verification.

There are two Amendments that I feel desribe my situation…

Amendment 26 Section 1. - The right of citizens of the United States, ''who are eighteen years of age or older'', to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.

Amendment 14 Section 1 - Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the ''equal protection of the laws.''

If I was required to prove I was 18 to vote, then all others should have to prove they are over 18 as well. All people should have to live by the same laws, we do not have different classes that live by different laws.

I may not have explained it very well, but basically if some were rquired to prove they were 18 when they registered to vote, then all others who voted must also be required to prove they are over 18 years old also.

If some didn't have to prove they were 18 when they received and filled out their mail ballots, then our equal protection of the laws were violated. You can't let some register/vote without proof of age, but make others prove their age… or equal protection of the laws have been violated.
