PS: colorizing an old B&W egraving and making it look more like a wood cut is not 'abstract art'.

if anything it's celebrating a place that is a memorial to those who are slain in needless combat, which is why the place was a sanctuary.

but the gatekeepers don't see it as a Sunday Morning endevour and tell an anon to post elsewhere.

I would suggest that they take their own advice but this is a free speech board.

PS: that is an engraving from the 1850s, and all that was done was some mask and color stuff. nothing 'added' but effort and it isn't even a bit abstract, but very down to earth, grounded in the celebration of a place that had been sanctified.
