Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell: "We're Getting Ready To Overturn Election Results In Multiple States"

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, a Trump campaign lawyer, suggested in a Sunday interview that there is still more evidence coming out in President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud and irregularities.

“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell said, saying that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation.

“I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up,” she added, saying that elections software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Powell notably provided legal counsel to Gen. Michael Flynn in 2019. She was named to Trump’s legal team in the past several days.

Powell said a whistleblower came forward and said the elections software was designed to “rig elections,” saying that “he saw it happen in other countries,” referring to voting systems Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.

“We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell said, while noting that she won’t reveal the evidence that she has.

“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”

“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell remarked.

Powell also made reference to a 2019 investigation from Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), as well as other Democratic lawmakers into Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. The senators had expressed concerns about the security of the voting systems.

“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the lawmakers in their letters to the firms about a year ago.

“These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”

Later in the Sunday morning interview, Powell said that her team has “detected voting irregularities that are inexplicable” in states where officials believe they have valid systems.

We are part of a caucus working on behalf of the people. We think of ourselves as the party of the people. Again like I said, there are economic and social despair being felt by so many Americans. There was a movement that happened this summer, and it delivered this victory, the rise of the amount of people that registered to vote. We owe to the movement to make sure that the chaos that they voted against does not follow us to our caucus. And to make sure that the justice that they seek is implemented in the policies that we advocate for.”

She added, “I know that Biden invited the American people to be a unifying force against darkness. And as a caucus, we have to be unified against that. To think about allowing ourselves to let the Republicans to decide how we are to function as a caucus is really painful because this is, you know, a party that has lied, that has smeared, that has used everything that they can to attack us. It’s a party that has been against the social and economic justice we have all been fighting for. It is a party that has allowed for chaos to reign for four years. So the American people have decided to put us in charge to say we want something different. We can’t disappoint them.”

Milwaukee Health Department Shuts Down ‘Count the Vote’ Rally

The Milwaukee Health Department shut down a pro-Trump rally Saturday at Serb Hall after the roughly 1,000 attendees did not comply with its social distancing rules.

“A violation of the city’s public health guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic [Chinese coronavirus], the health department showed up. When officials asked the group to sit down, they stood up and chanted ‘USA,'” Fox 35 reported.

Video footage showed Serb Hall’s general manager Nicholas Alioto telling the crowd to take their seats.

“The City of Milwaukee is here. I’m not going to lose our license. I will stop the rally if you don’t sit down. Sit down,” he said:

Moments later, a man appeared to try and take the microphone from Alioto but when he stepped back, the manager fell to the ground. Several attendees then gathered around to help him to his feet.

“The health department worked with Mr. Alioto the day before the event to explain what the rules were and what the potential consequences were for violating those rules,” the department said in a statement:

When the health inspectors arrived after the rally begun [sic], they saw people not wearing masks, people not social distancing and the crowds exceeding the maximum allowed number of people at an event like this. Health department policy is if inspectors spot a violation, the health department no longer gives warnings so Serb Hall should expect a citation.

However, Alioto told WISN the incident “highlights to us that this was inappropriate for the city to put us in a position where we have to enforce their laws, this is not what we’re trained to do.”

Once the sound equipment was taken up and the tables and chairs put away, the group moved the rally to the intersection of 51st and Oklahoma, according to the Fox 35 report.

“The health department did come to my office with my board president here after the rally, told us we were going to receive three citations, for $500 each,” Alioto said.

FBI Docs: Jeffrey Epstein Had 'Protection' From Deep State, Courts & Political Officials

The FBI needed to arrest Jeffrey Epstein at a beauty pageant that he was judging in 2007, but the U.S. Attorney was out of town and wasn't ready to have him charged, according to a report published this week by the Department of Justice.

Alex Acosta, then the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and later the secretary of Trump's Labor Department, was 'out of town at a conference' so the assistant U.S. Attorney who was wanting to charge Epstein and have him arrested was told 'no.'

The FBI's supervisory special agent was 'extremely upset' regarding the missed chance.

In May 2007, Marie Villafaña, who was the head prosecutor on the case, filed a prosecution memo saying she wanted Epstein to face up to 210 months, or 17 and a half years, in prison for allegations that he sexually abused young girls and many women.

According to the report, Villafaña 'intended to file charges by May 15, 2007 and the FBI plotted to arrest Epstein shortly thereafter.' But she hadn't received the authorization to indict Epstein.

On May 14 Villafaña told others via email that Epstein was supposed to fly to New Jersey from the Virgin Islands, and requested filing charges the next day.

The answer 'no,' according to the report. Her boss Acosta needed to take his time making sure he is comfortable before proceeding.'

The case had been waiting for a long time, and one prosecutor was required to know what Villafaña's 'rush' was at that point.

Villafaña 'could not seem to get [her supervisors] to understand the seriousness of Epstein's behavior and the fact that he was probably continuing to commit the

behavior, and that there was a need to move with necessary speed,' she stated in the report.

Unbeknownst to his claimed victims, in 2008 Epstein's lawyers would make an agreement with Acosta under which the billionaire would face only state charges and the federal investigation would be concluded.

That plea deal grew being the subject of the 350-page Justice Department report published this week.

The report explained that Acosta had shown 'poor judgment' but that his behavior did not constitute professional misconduct.

However, an NBC News article from September may shed light into why there is so much bizarre behavior coming from urban vote counting centers in battleground states. The article lionized “young black students” who were signing up to be poll workers amidst an aggressive recruitment campaign.

The “young black students” were supposedly being recruited to relieve veteran poll workers with experience in the vote counting process. The excuse of COVID-19 was used to scare some elderly poll workers into bowing out and being replaced by these ringers. The article also noted that the Campus Vote Project was setting this operation up.

The Campus Vote Project is a wing of the Fair Elections Center, which was funded by the New Venture Fund. The New Venture Fund has received at least $94 million from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Other globalist special interests – such as the Ford Foundation and the Hewlett Foundation – have given tens of millions to the project as well.

NBC News explained in their article that a “diverse group of thousands of younger Americans, ranging from 16-year-old high schoolers to college students” would be “stepping in as poll workers across the country during early voting and on Election Day.”

They also explained that other front groups, such as the Poll Workers Project and The Poll Hero Project, pushed to get more black youths registered as poll workers. Basketball player Lebron James worked with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Power the Polls to recruit more poll workers.

Big League Politics has reported on the unprofessional behavior of poll workers in battleground states during last week’s vote, which includes many allegations of ballot tampering in different states:

A poll worker with the Clark County Elections Department in Nevada is blowing the whistle in a signed affidavit making appalling allegations of electoral fraud that they claim has occurred in the key battleground state.

“We were told by (my team leader), and two other assistants to advise people who wanted to register to vote and did not have the proper Nevada ID/Driver’s License, that they could go out in the parking lot and make an appointment with the DMV to get a Nevada ID/Driver’s License, and then bring in proof of their appointment confirmation (either a paper copy or show it on their phone to us) and then they could be registered,” the whistleblower said in their deposition.

“They were then permitted to vote with a provisional ballot, even though their appointments were not until January of 2021. We were told this was being allowed all over the Valley, at all polling places,” they continued.

The whistleblower described catching Democrats altering ballots in a seemingly unlawful manner, which they then allegedly attempted to obscure once they realize they were being watched.

“I personally witnessed two people handing multiple unopened mail in ballot envelopes to two other people who then opened and filled out the ballots against the side of the Biden/Harris van. The same two people who marked the ballots then put the marked ballots in official pink and white envelopes. These individuals were not poll workers,” they explained.

The whistleblower added that eventually “there were 5 or 6 additional people who formed a human wall, which moved as I walked by, apparently in an attempt to block my view of the four people who were opening envelopes, marking ballots, and placing those ballots in the pink and white return envelopes.” This was ignored by the team leader when the whistleblower reported the violation through the proper channels.

“I regularly saw people walking in with multiple ballots. We were not allowed to talk to the monitors or observers. We were not supposed to say anything ever to the observers,” the whistleblower said.

It seems that Democrat activists were counting the votes on election day.

The TV star’s smash hit comedy “Last Man Standing” will end after its upcoming ninth season.

FOX confirmed the news last month that Season 9, which is set to premiere in January, will be the final outing for the Baxter family after the network snatched the show up from ABC for the final three seasons.

The show follows the exploits of successful family-man Mike Baxter (Allen) as he navigates life as a particularly macho man who is also a married father of three adult daughters.

As his latest series ends, the sitcom will have run an impressive 194 episodes in total.
