Her heart seems to be in the right place, but honestly she sucks at explaining things.
I watched this whole interview and several times she states that they are supposed to "discard the batch (of ballots)" but she never clarifies what this really means. My belief is it means to clear the counters on the machines so the batch of ballots can be run through again, whereas the workers did not do that, resulting in the same ballots being counted multiple times.
