Good time for some illustrious congressperson introduce a Bill for Federal ID Voter Requirement for all Federal elections.
Those who earn less than $40,000 per year the ID is paid for by Federal Government as a automatic deduction on their Federal Income Taxes. Card will be renewed every 10 years.
Those who earn more than $40,001 pay $5.00 for the Voter ID Card which must be renewed every 10 years.
For State or Local elections, they can accept or decline use of the card. Some states will accept some, wont.
