With Sidney Powell becoming a household name, the astute researcher knows that she is also the attorney for Gen. Michael Flynn.

Today I've been reminded about the obscure details noted within Item 8 of Flynn's plea arrangement (image attached).

His deal compelled him to inform enforcement authorities of "any and all matters as to which this Office deems the cooperation relevant."

The scope is also eye-opening: "Any and all evidence of crimes about which your client is aware."

He would testify to Grand Juries. His sentencing would also be pushed back until he had finished.

Gen. Flynn and Sidney Powell have had client-lawyer privilege for some time now.

It is no accident that Sidney Powell (born in Durham) is moving into a key role. This show could be about to get interesting.
