I am in the UK and had been following the election since I woke up at 5am GMT.
I was watching the numbers come in and also the betting markets during the morning - then suddenly, about 9am GMT, something changed - as if a switch had been flipped.
Something similar happened during the 2018 Midterms. If anyone else recalls, Fox was showing that the Republicans looked like they were taking the house, and then that switch was flipped again, everything went south and the rest is history.
