Hmmmmm…..Kennedy's are/were very Catholic.

(Sorta related side note: huge difference between religion and Christianity. Religion is man-made; Christianity is God-made. Just like a man calling himself a woman doesnt make it so, a person calling themselves a Christian doesn't make it so.)

Serious question: would it be possible, within the framework of the Constitution, to set up aspects of martial law within civilian law for specific crimes? Say for example to hunt down, try, and execute pedophiles thru tribunals?

That's a scary slippery slope to anon but it doesnt seem as if civil law is much of a deterrent anymore.
