There is NO "REDO" in the elections, Anon. If the vote can't be certified by a state–or the legislature of that state will not accept a fraudulent certification, then the electors are chosen BY THE STATE LEGISLATOR in place of the vote tally.
If this is not possible because not enough states have submitted electors to get either candidate above 270, then the House votes on a per-state basis (not per-member). Trump wins.
Agree that MIL will be the way forward through the violence that erupts when the reckoning hits that the fraud was un-done and Trump assumes office again.
