The paper describes in detail the types of bacteria, the causes which brought about the bacteria. And numerous symptoms and conditions which lead to the causes.
You then need to look at those causes and symptoms and find out what internal or external conditions bring about those symptoms.
Then you need to determine what the person is doing to cause those conditions.
If its happening to a significant percentage of the population then you need to look at what societal or environmental change has occurred.
The report isn't an environmental and air pollution study.
Its not the latest issue of Fashionable Face Coverings Weekly.
This report is for the journal of infectious diseases.
The study starts and ends there.
However…
If you went to the doctor a year ago with similar symptoms, the doctor would ask you "So, what do you do for work? What's your environment? Anything different in your day to day life?"
And if you said "Not really. Just work. Family. Usual stuff… But I have been wearing a mask over my nose and mouth for eight hours a day, every day, for the past three month."
The doctor would be like "Well there's your fucking problem!"
