They certify that if they knowingly allowed their state's rigged electronic voting system to be used during an election and/or had any monetary interests in the rigged voting system to be used that they would forfeit all their rights under the U.S. Constitution and any state constitution and will volunteer themselves for a public perp walk to federal prison, not contest the treason charges against them, and will knowingly subject themselves to capital punishment.
I, Kathy Boockvar, Secretary of State for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania do hereby certify, under penalty of death and extreme torture until I confess to my role in the national conspiracy to rig the 2020 Presidential Election against President Trump and to identify all of my fellow co-conspirators, that I knowingly allowed Dominion Voting Systems' rigged electronic voting system, and all other rigged systems to be used against President Donald Trump in the November 3rd, 2020 Election. I also certify that I had gained a sizable fortune for my role in assisting Dominion in winning the Commonwealth's procurement contract for the provision of all rigged machines for the 2020 elections as well as all other elections until the year 2050.
