Suggestion for BO: Sticky a how it works for newanons
I've been noticing more lately that there are new anons who post their finds as threads rather than post in the catalog. This is because of them landing on the Index which shows all posts from all threads.
On the Welcome Page, it isn't stated clearly that diggs are posted in breads (aka Q Research General threads). I remember when I came to this board for my first time, I would post my diggs as a thread instead of in the bread.
There is a "Pass the Test" thread but it's quite hidden for newanons to find it.
I would recommend that something similar to 4chan /pol/ be posted as a locked sticky so that when newanons come to the board, they are notified with a message that will include:

Notice that there are shills on this board and may post offensive and illegal stuff (CP) → Makes them mentally prepared
This way if a newanon comes either on the Catalog or Index page, they can get more up to speed on how things work here. I think this way, even if the degenerate MSM tries to bash us and steer curious away individuals who are looking for the truth, they have a message from the BO on really what this board is about.
