They're working to ensure their ducks are in a row before filing specific suits.
The constant media presence of Sidney and others is to educate the American people (at least those who will listen) as to what they're about to drop on the courts. The specific evidence will come out in court, but there's an important PR component by virtue of combating the gaslighting from the MSM.
