"I won't name the specific company, but they have 250+ sites across the country specializing in refrigerated and frozen storage and shipping. All sites systems are down and they've shut their gates so trucks can no longer enter to pickup product. I know this because I'm the supply chain director for a food company that sells refrigerated dairy products. We use this company as a third party logistics supplier and I'm completely unable to ship Thangsgiving orders from any of their sites across the country. I've got a rough day ahead of me workwise to figure out to mitigate any of this.

Be vigilant.

Correct in that vaccinations would not require this hijacking this level of cold storage horsepower.

[It’s either Americold or Lineage Logistics.. Not good no matter who it is.. if this is true this is bad..]

Ding ding, you got it (one of the two).

[It’s Americold]

Ya’ll good ar research.

No improvement in situation

Folks, I don’t think thas anything to do w the vaccine. You only need one site to handle the vaccine, systematically shutting down ALL sites is either

1) Just a ‘glitch’. Installed a software upgrade gone bad.

2) The GLP’er explanation (from me). Shut down frozen, refrigerated food distribution the week before thanksgiving. I work in the industry, when I have more time I can post further how much damage this could do to our food supply chains if this isn’t quickly resolved.

3) The beginning of a zero day attack, my phone could not access the internet between 10am and just a few minutes ago.

I’ll continue to update on situation. So far no improvements.

All sites down

The company has been successfully identified by the anons. Go ahead and give your nearest site a call to set up an apt for pickup or delivery.

Refrigerated also - dairy, protein (meat), etc….

I did confirm that Hall's is not affected. A recent acquisition and wasn't yet integrated with the IT system. Was concerned because we make a lot of deliveries at Hall's sites in NY/NJ to support Restaurant Depot's.

Hey - if any of you could reach out to a Lineage or US Cold Site to see if they are having similar issues, we could confirm something impacting the entire industry. Between those two + the one I won't name, probably covers 50% of the entire refrigerated/frozen food supply chain.
