If you've never been to the poor neighborhoods, you wouldn't know that they have a national chain pharmacy on every other corner. Why? Because these people tend to be prescribed a SHIT LOAD of medications. It's difficult for them to get fresh food, unsafe for them to exercise outdoors and impossible for them to simply get clean air.

Cuomo, however, lives in a mansion surrounded by greenery and exercise paths. For him, the meds are free from the capitol pharmacy. Po' folk gotta pay.
