Roundup is a nice quiet town, good people. But if you want the big city feel, go to Lewistown. Good fishing in Spring Creek in the middle of town, good people there too; the Hutterites are good customers, but keep to themselves.

The hive mind - we are all like worker bees, bringing a bit of nectar and pollen to the hive, and before you know it, there's a whole big comb of tasty honey!

Don't mistake this for a borg mind, where there is no individuality, as in leftism. We go gaily about through the fields, searching our own paths, sniffing each flower we come across, then bring it back for the others to enjoy.

Been to Cutbank, not really impressed.

But the Judith Mountains are just 5 miles from Lewistown, the Snowys, where there's a couple small glaciers and Crystal Lake fed by them are just ten miles out of town. Went hunting up there one September, and almost got lost in a snowstorm.

Lewistown on the map looks like flatland, but lots of real mountains as big or bigger than NH mountains just a half hour away.
