“Skinny Joey” Merlino may be the connection to the Four Seasons Landscaping. Was it a message to him to step forward?
According to a 2014 article, Skinny Joey’s business partner, Stanley Stein (also a South Philly native) for the Merlino’s restaurant in Bica Raton, FL put Merlino up in the Four Seasons Philly when transporting him to Federal Court.
“A South Philly native, Stein also paid for a private jet to ferry Merlino to and from federal court and put him up at the ‘’’Four Seasons’’’ in Center City.”
