The mask painting was done by a man named CJ Trinidad in 2020.
But, interesting info on this blog. A mural shows buildings that we're actually moved and buried beneath the airport. (Why?). It reportedly has large underground bunkers. BO reportedly flew there in wake of a comet that was nearing earth (why?) and the dedication stone has Illuminati message on it. The airport was very expensive and paid for by an anonymous donor.
