I am about 20 miles from a defunct nasa grd relay stn. It closed when it was made redundant by shuttle launched birds. In the early '90s it ran 24hr shifts whenever the shuttle was orbiting. A full kitchen, 116 staff.
That was just one stn. Also close to me, 5 mile walk, one of the stations tracking the junk in orbit. Not many employees but the sheer volume of simple employee data -nothing else- that you would need to disprove… to even approach validating your thesis…. SMH.
